Film przedstawia polską kulturę góralską w sposób piękny i liryczny.

Producenci filmu: Inbornmedia House, Marchello Production

Film wyświetlany będzie z napisami w j.angielskim.

From the dawn of history, on the highest peaks of the Carpathian mountains -- set against the elements -- there lives a forgotten people. For as long as they can remember these people possessed a love of freedom, a connection with nature, and kept ancient traditions, making them one of the most unique ethnic groups in all of Europe. Experience the passion and craftsmanship of the shepherd, lumberjack, bagpipe master, and wheelwright as they practice their occupations, not just for the survival of their families, but also for the love of these arts that weave together the fabric of their remote communities. When confronted with harsh storms, wild animals and difficult terrain in the most inaccessible Carpathian mountain range, along with long days of hard, sometimes dangerous work, the spirit and character of the Gorals stands unshaken. But another threat looms even more ominously.... Outside of the mountains everything in the modern world is changing rapidly, completely. Is the culture of the Carpathian highlanders sustainable, or could these be the final times for these people living this lifestyle, trying to pass it on to the future generations, and not just preserved as folklore in the museums of folk art?
